This course provides an in-depth understanding of criminal procedure and practice in Nigeria, covering the fundamental principles of criminal law, trial processes, and advocacy skills. Students will explore key statutes, including the Criminal Code, Penal Code, Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA), and Evidence Act, while analyzing real-life case studies.
